EU-only marketplace
Second Cast is intended only for buyers and sellers resident in the European Union, for lawful goods located and shipped within the EU. Listings use euro prices.
Direct agreements
Listings are free. The buyer and identified seller contract and arrange payment and delivery directly. Second Cast does not receive, hold or protect the purchase money in this launch phase. Never send money until you have checked the seller, item and agreed tracked delivery.
Private and professional sellers
Sellers must accurately state whether they act privately or as a professional trader. EU consumer withdrawal, information and legal-guarantee rights generally apply to professional sellers; private-to-private transactions do not receive the same EU consumer protections.
Business advertising
Paid business placements are always labelled “Ad”, “Promotion” or “Sponsored”. Payment buys visibility, not an endorsement. Advertising packages are invoiced separately, plus applicable VAT, and promotions remain subject to review.
Safe products and conduct
Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, dangerous, illegal or misleading products are prohibited. We may remove content, suspend users, retain necessary evidence and cooperate with authorities. Users should report suspicious listings or messages.
Operator details
Before launch, add the operator’s legal name, registration and VAT numbers, registered address, support contact, governing law and complaint process. These draft terms require review by qualified EU marketplace, consumer, tax, advertising, product-safety and privacy counsel.
